I'm not SURE if this is a scam, but it sure looks like one. I clicked on their website, wanting to get more information. It said they were offering diagnostic genetic testing for people with cancer or a history of cancer. I gave my phone number and it said someone would call me. As it happens, someone called me the very next morning, and tried to do a hard sell for me to buy the kit, saying Medicare will pay for it. I doubt that, because my doctor tried to order that 5 years ago and Medicare would NOT pay for ti. But then he asked for my Medicare number so he could run it through and see if the would pay for it. That's when all my alarm bells went off. I did NOT give him my number. I told him to send me an email with whatever paperwork he had said my doctor would have to sign, but he never sent the email. Instead, someone else called a few hours later, with the same sales pitch. In the meantime however, I had crawled around in Google trying to get more information, and had found no evidence that the company or the lab they use even exist, but I did find numerous complaints listed with you (BBB) saying they are a scam. There was no physical location listed on their website, but the agent did give me an address in Florida. The reverse yellow pages had no listings for the phone numbers they gave for either their company or the lab they said they use. Is there ANYTHING legit about this company? Or is it a total scam operation? (Also, the callers have a Philadelphia area code, but he said he was in Florida. I have a Philadelphia cellphone, but no longer live there and do not get calls from there, so I'm certain the number was spoofed.)

This business said you can get a kit for a cancer screening. They would see if Medicare would pay for it.

They took my Medicare number and send they would send me an email to let me know when the kit is on it’s way. I called the City of Deerfield Fla and the address shows a different business in there.

So beware of the advertisement for HAP that’s what it’s advertised as..
