This provider operates an alternative wellness and coaching business online. After paying upfront for an over-the-phone consultation via a payment link, the provider failed to deliver the promised services. Instead of conducting the session as agreed, the provider completely mismanaged the appointment scheduling and acted dishonestly. When the scheduled call time passed without any contact, the provider falsely claimed that they had attempted to call when they explicitly had not. They used this lie as an excuse to avoid delivering the actual help, support, or coaching that was paid for, while refusing to offer a resolution. The provider essentially took the upfront payment, provided absolutely zero professional assistance, and blamed the client for the missed connection to keep the money. Potential clients should be extremely wary of paying this operator upfront for remote or phone-based services, as they employ deceptive tactics to avoid doing the work while keeping your funds.
