My husband and I lost our daughter, and wanted to get a custom headstone to honor our baby. Timothy Morris, founder of Headstone House (HeadstoneHouse.com) asked us for a deposit of $900.00 to get her custom headstone started (This amount was paid in cash) . After the headstone was approved by us, we had to pay the remaining balance of $ 702.25 (This was paid with my debit card) The headstone was paid in full on November 11th 2025, totaling $1,602.25. After many failed attempts to reach anyone from Headstone House I received an email from "Carlos" at [email protected] on January 29th 2026 stating that Tim was in Mexico. He assured me that the headstone was ready and should arrive at the cemetery the 1st week of February 2026. I called the Cemetery, and they advised that no one had reached out to set up the delivery. After this, I was no longer able to get ahold of Timothy Morris.

A next door neighbor from the Headstone House location informed us that Tim Morris had been scamming people and fled like a coward. He is driving an RV with Washington plates.

I bought and paid for a Headstone from an established business in Whittier California, HeadstoneHouse.com, I corresponded with them several times until the Headstone was complete and ready for delivery, I paid a setting fee at the cemetery and emailed them at [email protected] for delivery, I was not getting a reply back so i contacted the cemetery to see if headstone was delivered, no headstone. i emailed again and did not get a reply, I went to the business where I purchased to find out that the business was gone. The Headstone House website is still up but they are not answering my emails. I lost $1800.
