This was passed on by a supposed friend who had been hacked.
I have a long text message on my phone if you need it. The woman's name is supposedly Agent Colonel Megan and she said she is from Sweden and is working in DC.

Received text, supposedly from my friend, stating that they had joined this program. The text said they'd invested $1,500 and received $50,000. The man who ended up sending me info on the program said his name is Arnold Williams.
