This was passed on by a supposed friend who had been hacked.
I have a long text message on my phone if you need it. The woman's name is supposedly Agent Colonel Megan and she said she is from Sweden and is working in DC.

Received text, supposedly from my friend, stating that they had joined this program. The text said they'd invested $1,500 and received $50,000. The man who ended up sending me info on the program said his name is Arnold Williams.

I was suppose to have been sent to call the HCAB by a celebrity saying they have made lots of money through them. So I text them and they wanted all my information to sign up for it. I did not feel comfortable giving all my personal information so I stopped texting
