Hayden Benware (716 Junk removal and landscaping services) advertised for snow removal services on the Nextdoor App. We entered into a snow removal contract on 12/1/24 for $700.00. He was paid the $700.00 via Venmo and failed to do any plowing after numerous contacts. Police report was taken and I was awarded a default judgement in Hamburg, NY Small Claims Court on 1/28/25. Hayden Benware did not appear in court or answer requests for payment. He has since changed his Venmo account. He still advertises on Facebook. I have not received any money back.
