Ordered a dress (Instagram), the dress never arrived, and when I click on the link to view order or track my package, the link cannot be reached. I emailed them. Still waiting on a response.

The dress purchased was represented as being made of a premium linen-cotton blend, but it is polyester. Cheaply made. No label. It arrived without a shipping invoice. No return information given. I had to hunt on their website to find return info, which simply says to email [email protected] for return shipment instructions, but they have not responded to any emails. Also no auto-response when you send in an email which is a red flag as well. I also filled out a contact us form on their website. No response to that either. There is no phone number listed for them anywhere. I went online and have since read that they are one of the many names associated with the scam outfit that advertises high quality goods under several names but then ships cheap fabric goods and makes it impossible to return for a refund. My own fault I should have researched more! Buyer beware!
