This fraudulent company from China sends you a tracking number that never updates. They sell women's clothing. They respond to emails but just keep telling you it's on its way and never give actual tracking data. I reversed the charges through my credit card company already and reported the fraud. I also had a new credit card sent.

I placed an order on haven beck clothing site. Never came. I emailed them and the response was that they are a small family-run business. Sorry for delay. With that being said still did not receive my item or return.

Haven Beck is posing as a clothing online store. I made a purchase for clothing. They are not answering phone - "person is not accepting calls" - and Shop has no record of my order. Order Tracking is not legitimate. Emails from the company regarding Shipping updates give a bogus tracking number.

I purchased 2 dresses online from haven beck. The product received was poor quality and not at all like the website. I wrote to them immediately and requested a return. I also returned the product to them and got a confirmation that it was received by S. Rios. For over 3 weeks they are dodging me and not refunding me the money. They keep saying they are working with the concerned team. I am just not getting the money back. Attached evidence of the conversations. Unable to attach more than one file.
