This company advertised hats (specialty: Cowboy/western). The hat was paid for via credit card. The merchandise arrived LATE and completely DESTROYED in a flimsy cardboard box. When contacted via email, the company apologized and offered a partial refund NOT THE GUARANTEED refund on the website. The company's attitude was take it or leave it. Basically, you're stuck and there's nothing you can do about it.
