Souvenir shops in Jerusalem scammed and overcharged me

Visiting Jerusalem Israel I’m October 2022, 2 souvenir shops at jaffe gate lied, scammed and stole my information and overcharged me for items. Hasanyan and tower of David need to be avoided by American or any tourist. Their scam is so good that even capital one sided with them in my dispute . Capital one didn’t provide dispute paperwork or link as they claimed so I got screwed by these scammer stores and capital one. Hasanyan tried to charge my friend 8k for souvenirs ! Fortunately Amex was smart enough to see it as fraudulent and [censored] it down. Capital one couldn’t see that spending 850 in one store and 500 in another was asinine and ridiculous. I’m posting everywhere I can to warn people . It’s sad you can’t trust people in the holy land anymore than anywhere .
