I spoke with “Terry Davis” at Harris Cohen & Associates. The phone on my ID showed 818-230-4298 at DAVID YEREMIAN & ASSOCIATES. I paid off an old loan from Beneficial that went into collection back on August 2009 (most likely between 8/19–24) via my Bank of America checking account. I paid this loan many years ago and apparently I owe money? Not sure to believe this call and message. I mentioned this old letter attached below- this debt was settled years ago- I believe I am getting SCAMMED, am I correct? Please keep me updated
