Debt collector threatens lawsuit over old debt

I received a call saying that I had a debt from 2018 with *** ******** and I had not responded to the attempts to contact me so they were going to take me to court and sue me and possible garnish my wages. She was able to read off my whole SSN and my address(I guess to scare me into thinking that they were a legit company). Once I informed her that I would speak to my attorney about this matter because even if I did owe a debt they could not sue me or garnish wages due to the age., she became very upset and started yelling. Stating "Im not going back and forth with you. We will see you and your attorney in court." I said "thats fine with me." Then she hung up.

Scam call about old payday loans from Harris Cohen and Associates

First, I was caused by an outside company saying that a company called RDR processing delivery. He was trying to contact me. They gave me a phone number and a docket number to call which was Harris Cohen and associates. I spoke to a Mrs. Darcy supposedly. She stated that I had payday loans from Orange County, California, two of them raging from 2013 from companies I've never heard from. I told her that was impossible, and if she had any further information, she could send me so I can contact my lawyer in order to resolve this. I would have no problem doing so and she hung up on me. I was very nice and professional. It is a scam once I told her that I had no part of it but she had the last four of my Social Security number, my birthday, and my address. Very scary.
