Fake law firm call about old credit card debt

Was called by a Director Camille Scott not attorney from this law office Harris and Cohen Associates saying that I owed a capital 1 credit card from 2006. No EIN number could be provided. No law firm pops up with address provided. A UPS office pops up. You google the law firm it doesn’t exist. Stated they couldn’t resend me a letter because postage was to high and it had to be email. No real Law firm would do this. When I double downed to ask more questions they got fed up and hung up which to me means scammer.

Woman called about fake complaint for my elderly mother

A woman called and left a VM on my phone, I am the person's daughter that they are looking for. They left a phone number to call with a complaint case # of "ES PROCESSING 913930" and told me to have my mom to call 844-497-1764 and when I called they answered the phone with "Harris and Cohen Associates". They refused to give me their address and then hung up on me. Then I called back and they hung up on me again after I asked for their information for my lawyer. The man told me that they have businesses all over. And then hung up. My mother is a 68 year old woman that has zero credit and zero debt. She never leaves the house and therefore cannot possibly have any reason to have someone "complain" about her.
