We ordered a hat in good faith. Item never arrived but has shown out for delivery for 12 days. Contacted the courier, they indicated probably lost. Harrington Hatters has been giving me the runaround, asking me to wait 1-3 business days then again another 1-3 business days and then again 5-8 business days. I requested a refund or replacement which was refused. Response time via email is immediate which leads me to believe these are AI generated email responses. We are in the process of disputing the charge, but want to report the incident to ScamPulse. I have researched the website and they indicate their location as "Asia." Nothing more specific.
