Shoe displayed on the HarperWells -Boston website. It appeared to be an upscale clothing store. The shoes were not as pictured in the website. The shoes were too small and felt like they were made of straw. I used a credit card for the purchase. I emailed their customer support twice. No response. No phone number.

Money back guarantee. However, merchandise needs to be returned and the cost to ship to China is more than the purchase price. The web site leads the buyer to believe the company is located in Boston. Shipping is from the United States.
