Harper Wells Boston dresses poor quality and false return policy

I ordered four dresses from Harper Wells Boston thinking they were located in Boston, MA. It took a few weeks to receive the merchandise and when I got it, it was poorly made and they used cheap fabrics. The clothes looked nothing like the online photos. It turns out there is no Boston store at all and the company is located in China. The website states :EASY RETURNS. ALL MONEY REFUNDED. This is false. The company offers a 15 to 30 % refund and instructs you to keep the clothes. The final option is shipping back to China which would cost more than the clothes I ordered. Realizing I had been scammed, I contacted my bank and disputed the charges. I did get my money back. I'm reporting this company so that the scam is documented online and hopefully will close this company down if enough people report them.

Harper Wells Boston return policy not as advertised

Website advertising: EASY RETURNS Shop with confidence. If it’s not the right fit, our hassle-free returns make it simple to send it back. Easy returns seems to mean a $50 fee to return internationally. Quality is not as advertised; sizes do not fit. They have offered a refund of 20% of the purchase amount and keep the items. It is not "simple" or "hassle-free." So I can spend $50 and lots of paperwork hassle to return it internationally or accept $30 and keep the items that I would never wear because of the quality and don't fit.
