Buyer Beware. I purchased and received a dress from the Key West FL company, Harper & Lily's Coastal Boutique. The item didn't fit, the blue on the top of the dress did not match the blue on the bottom of the dress, it was not as it appeared on the website and I wanted to return for full refund. I was told that I had to return the item to a Netherlands Warehouse and pay international shipping. They indicated this would be costly (more than the item's worth) and offered a partial refund 15% (keeping the unwanted item) OR a discount to purchase a new item. Their website indicates Money Back Guarantee, Hassle Free Returns, and free shipping to U.S. None of this appears to be true. Really poor customer service and no option to return for credit to the Florida store.
