I ordered a pair of linen shorts from this website, but they never arrived. The status shows as delivered at my mailbox, but it was never there. I contacted the USPS, and the support representative from Harold Shaw informed me that the shipping company used was from China. The tracking information seemed inconsistent with how the parcel should progress through their network. I requested a USPS tracking number, but they only had the SDH tracking number, which they claimed would be sufficient for tracking. However, USPS stated that when the package enters their network, it generates its own number. Harold Shaw refused to provide this information. I paid for an item that I didn’t receive, and now neither USPS nor Harold Shaw can assist me. This is a complete scam.
