I have purchased online from happytoobtain website on 8 Jan 2023 till now I have not received my item. I have been contacting them several times but without any hope. They keep on promising that you will receive your order soon. I warn everyone not to make any online purchase from this website.

Never Received Package

Sept 29 I spent $80 on an order & never received it, 2 months later. I asked multiple times for a refund and they kept saying I would receive my order, that they were urging the shipping dept to update the status of my shipment, & thanked me for my patience. There is no tracking & they refuse to refund my money. This is a scam

Is happytoobtain as scam or what?

I have made an online purchase with an online company named happytooptain in November 2021 till today. I wrote an email to them I'm still waiting for a reply. So I'm trying to warn others to stop purchasing on this online store because they will be waisting their money fir sweet nothing.

Scam

On November 26, 2021 I ordered two succulent trees as Christmas gifts I was charged over $70 for the items. I requested a refund numerous times as the holiday came and went and the trees did not arrive. The package arrived on January 19, 2022
The trees were made of plaster. And not what I expected. After a few more requests for a return, I was offered $10 US dollars. That’s less than 10% of what I paid. I have asked for a return address but they have yet to provide one. Their on line advertisement says 100% money back guarantee I am not satisfied at all
I filed a fraud complaint with my bank. They are investigating
I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. That want get me my money back but possibly it will prevent others from doing business. with Happytoobtain

I made an online purchase with an online company named Happy To Obtain on September 6, 2021 with an estimated delivery date of September 16, 2021. I have not received an update on the delivery of the package since October 5, 2021. I have attempted to contact company via email with a status update but have not received a response and there is no contact number listed on site. I believe that I have been scammed and would like to warn others who may be contemplating purchasing from this site. DON’T DO IT!! Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
