We needed a small construction job done and reached out to this company which we found on the web. Their address and location were close to the job. They had one of their handymen reach out and we scheduled an appointment. After several tries, we were able to get him to the site where he made an inspection and provided an estimate to do the job within the schedule and parameters. He required 50% payment upfront to pay for materials - we agreed and provided a check for the same. A time to do the work was scheduled, he missed the first several appointments and then an associate came and started the job. After that, they missed many rescheduled appointments and we finally had to get the work done another way. We tried communicating with both the person doing the job (who always said he would come at a certain and did not) and then communicated with the main office where they always said the owner would call us back to help. This never happened. After we found another way to get the job done because almost three weeks had elapsed, we requested a refunded from the main office. The response was similar - the boss / owner would call and discuss. They never did. After repeated calls back to try to get the owner on the line - they blocked both my cell and land line.
