I have received 2 bracelets so far and have no idea why. I need this to stop and if I have been charged, I want a credit back.

First received a bracelet I did not order , then a face mask and today a cheap picture wallet. I don;t want to be charged or pay the postage. How do I stop this? It is coming from Han Jie in Bejing. You can't contact the seller to stop so what can I do to protect my accounts?

My name is R. Ebert I ordered a 12 in 1 Home Essential Toolbox From Munchs Store which when the package arrived had this person's name and address, Han Jie, on it and received a 99 cent pump wedge. Tried to reach out to customer service but I can only assume there is no such service available. I'm retired due to medical issues with zero income and can't believe I fell for this. Ordered and paid for shipped and received this little item with same tracking information. Very professional looking up to that point.Receipt online shows pic of the original order and shows paid and everything. sends automatic text to track shipping. Imagine the excitement turned to utter disappointment when this tiny little package arrived. I am sure Han Jie is getting a good laugh out of all this over in China. He will answer to God soon enough for his treachery and evelness, that I can promise.

Hello, my name is Adam Gillan and I ordered a rather large tool box off of this site called shopify.com. Anyways I payed for the damn tool box back in March 13 2020. The damn parcel with the same tracking number that was provided with my PayPal account information showed up to my house yesterday and all it contained was a very tiny box with a tiny little bracelet. I really really don’t appreciate being taken advantage of and I would really really like my tool box or my money back!
