Purchased an item back in July. This has been shipped since then but never arrived. Multiple emails send to customer service but could not help with delivery. Requested refund back in August. Keeps stalling stating they cannot refund since item is enroute for delivery. This item keeps getting rerouted, for several reasons for months now. They would not grant me the refund.
