Halsten charged my credit card without me providing card information. This was done multiple times. It was realized immediately and communicated via email that this was not an approved purchase. To return the items and get the promised 100% money back required shipping the product to China. This is clearly the scam that they play.

I ordered 2 Halsten Stride devices. I received them within a few weeks of my order. The advertising promises a 100% money back guarantee, no questions asked, within 90 days. When I tried to return them because they did not work for me, I was questioned and offered partial refunds with the ability to keep them. After several emails, they offered an address in China for returns and noted that they don't pay for return shipping. This is deceptive advertising.
