I ordered an iron door from Precise Iron Doors on 6/23/23. They let me think that it was made locally. I gave them $2150 deposit (50%) and they said it would be ready in November 2023. Then the excuses and delays went on and on. Then they said it was lost in shipping from China! I was shocked and upset but had waited about 1.5 years. The owner Haik said that he would reorder it. Then more excuses and shipping delays. I last spoke with Martha in early February 2026. She said it would be scheduled to ship at the end of the month. I have been calling and emailing with no response. Yesterday my calls and emails won't even go through (blocked?). VISA won't refund my deposit because it is over 119 days. I have no door or deposit refund from them. There are many reviews on Yelp describing the same exact experience that I had with this company.
