I was told if I completed a medical survey as a doctor, I would receive an honorarium. I completed the survey and never received the honorarium. Over the past 1-2 months I have been asking for it and they were asking for my licensing verification. Which I sent over the past 1-2 months however they kept sending me the same email not asking what was missing or anything. I sent them my identity, past medical training and sensitive information to verify my medical license. However they never fulfilled their promise.
