Purchased Shih Tzu Puppy from Facebook Group Admen supervisors. Assured us no Scammers allowed. Gulick Breeder. Told us three days in a row that Puppy was shipped. No Puppy was ever shipped. Third day Shipper sends bill got $5.000 for Shipping insurance, tells us to pay with 10 American Express cards. We refuse. Breeder says they will cover $3.500 but we must pay the rest. We contact Police. Gulick is on interest Scamming another Couple in Illinois, Police advise not to release any more money. Gulick says with out more money Puppy and Money will be lost, to date FBI. Better Business Burrau, Houstin Police. Jacksonville NC Police. All contacted, never buy from there scammers. I also hired personal Private I investigator.
