IT's NOT SCAM! NO ONE ASKED ME FOR any PAYMENT, there is not even one victim! how you guys can judge these students?! I got the medications every month! since September it's free nothing changed from my bills same thing like normal pharmacy visit but over the phone how you could be stupid like this I got all of this stuff and gave them to my sister as well they don't need any payments the need insurance card such as any pharmacy ...

Then why will they not give ANY information to verify with MY insurance!? Also, won’t give their names or their supervisors name or email. They don’t even have an email address!

A caller announced her name was Rachel and said she is with group plan pharmacy and that the reason for the call of course after verifying my name and my birthday surprisingly correct with the address then offering me under the counter medications free. Then requested the me to say yes every time she says something then when asked to give my pharmacy info I rejected and started to feel that I became aware of her tricks she hung up!

how did they have my informations correctly is really bothersome !
in a time like this with the covid -19 its very shame that predators like that are on the hunt and scaling people !

well, I got their calls months ago from NJ, same thing happen to me I gave all the information and also got all the medication and it was covered for free, how they could scam me if I even didn't give them my credit card, but they gave me the medications from a pharmacy in my state surprising that's a true way well it's cost the insurance company but I got the medications that I should paid thousdns of dollars, it's not a scam if anyone ask you about your credit card you can hangout but insurance card? who cares !

I get calls from Center and Ballinger, Texas from "Group Plan Pharmacy" all the callers have foreign accents and you can hear they are in some sort of call center. When they start listing the medications that I can get for "free" I explain that I only use illegal drugs... can they get them to me for free too? Needless to say they hang up on me BUT proceed to call me again the next day. I think next time I will use a loud horn in their ear. Then they might get the message, after they get their hearing back. LOL!

I'm buying an airhorn tomorrow. Thanks for the genius idea.

Same call from group plan pharmacy. They took 3 chance to get my birthday right. I hope they won't miss use my personal info. They had all my personal info. Worried now. They promised me to send multivitamins. Let see. I hope they won't miss use my personal info.

Very good guys, actually in august got a call from George Theodorakis went through the process and got the vitamins fully covered. If you listen to them they actually there to help.

Call from 915-200-1044. Group plan scam all with German accents. Already reported them and their number. Did not get my PCP name or Plan D name or number. Claim pharmacy doctor’s name is Timothy Martin. Such a disgusting scam to pull in a pandemic and especially to very ill people. My insurance company is investigating them since Group Plan has violated the HIPPA law by giving out private medical info to someone they don’t know. Took them 3 tries to even get my birthday. Must be using one of those people search lists that’s older than dirt. Going to keep calling them tomorrow like they do to everyone else.

that's what i thought but came out it's not a scam

Got a call today, same as the rest of y'all. "Group Plan Pharmacy", he really wanted me to believe it was somehow not a sales call. He wanted to confirm my address but I didn't do that. Sucks to hear they don't respect "do not call" requests.

Hi, I just received a phone call from this people and they said that they are a company contracted by my health insurance and that will provide me with medication free of charge. They have my last name, address and wanted for me to respond to questions. After going on with them I told the person that I did not want anything from them and this call sounds not right. I told them that I googled them and it came up as a scam and hung up.

Beginning on September 11th, I have received several calls from people representing Group Plan Pharmacy. They claim to represent my PPO provider and have a "free" benefit to offer me - want to go through a list of 11 over the counter medications to see what I'm interested in, then want to confirm my name, address, cell phone number, date of birth (which they had all of that information), and my primary care physician. I politely told the first caller (Indian accent) I was not interested and hung up. When I refused to give the second caller (heavy Russian accent) personal information, told her I thought it was a scam and that I was not interested, she became very rude and overly pushy telling me I had to complete the questionnaire and accept one medication, even if it was a multi-vitamin. I again said I was not interested and to take me off their call list. She told me they would keep calling, even 2-3 times a day until I completed the questionnaire, so I told her I was going to report them to the TX Attorney General's office. She said she didn't care. A couple of days later, I got another phone call (Indian lady named "Lisa"), so I stopped her and told her I knew this was a scam and to quit calling me, Again she became very rude and pushy and told me she didn't care if I reported her to the TX AG's office. Today, it was Kate (Russian), and we went through the same thing, only this time when I told her five times to quit calling me, she kept saying it was not clear - I finally told her she must be a complete [censored] and hung up. Can hardly wait for the next one to call...

They call constantly. They won't give out an email address, phone number, employee I.D. number, or the name of a supervisor. Their stories change with each caller. They are extremely pushy and try to be condescending. They refuse to take me off their call list. It can be pretty entertaining to see how long you can keep them on the line before they hang up on you!

I took that approach today. He asked me why I kept him on the line for 5 minutes only to tell him he is full of it.

Have had multiple persons call, claiming that they are calling to inform me about free benefits for my PPO plan through BlueCross. Said they were from Group Plan Pharmacy, an non-affiliated company to Blue Cross. Wanted to go through the different types of free vitamins/prescriptions/health care items that I might be eligible to receive for free.

They will eventually want you to confirm address/account/information. Do not do this. Go through your work channels and your actual PPO provider to check your healthcare information. Have had the same agent multiple times even after telling them to add me to a do not call list.

Caller identifies themself as working for a Group Plan Pharmacy that is provided by my "PPO Provider" healthcare plan free of charge. Caller appears to be from India with accent and delays between responses. They ask for information they should already have. When confronted about being a scam and being asked to remove from their list, they hang up. I've answered 2 calls already, same thing.

This company calls me almost daily and will not take me off the call list. They use different phone numbers and usually the caller has a foreign accent (Indian?).
