A Welch Allyn otoscope head and charging base were on the Grayline Medical website. The order was confirmed by Grayline, but within a day or so I was informed the product had been discontinued by the manufacturer, but that a more expensive alternative was available. After going back and forth with them, I was able to buy the product on Amazon.com. Clearly, it is still available. Multiple attempts to recover the $785.64 have repeatedly failed.
