I saw an add on social media (Facebook or Instagram) and it looked nice, well made and decided to purchase. When I received the merchandise it looked cheap and I started seeing it on Temo for a fraction of what I had paid. The merchant offered a 25% refund and a 20% discount on their website. or I could ship the items back to China and if received by them then I would get my money back.
