I order an item from Grace & Ease which stated a 90 day return policy. I emailed to the company that I wanted an address for a return. I received an email offering a 30% refund and keep the item. I refused. Then they offered a 50% refund and keep item. I sent them an email quoting their 90 day return policy. I haven't heard back from them.
