I had placed an order with Grace and Ease where I had to use their sizing chart. I ordered size 2X specifically due to how their sizing chart worked. They sent me 5X... way too big. I just got the package on 9/29/2026 at 12:31 pm. I opened it right away to find that they sent me the wrong size. I have been in contact with them. They have a 90 day guarantee that they are refusing to follow and do not want to send me a return shipping label and a full refund. They are offering me 30% back of the $149.46 or I have to send the package back on my expense. This is stealing and a scam. They have the 90 day guarantee and are not following it.
