Government Agency Imposter Letter Reports & Reviews (2)

Mail out is designed to look like a bill from the county. Even the name on the mail back envelope is Proper records office located in Tampa.

"Company" sent letter having State of Florida Uniform Commercial Code in header. Address 503 E Jackson ST #510 Tampa, FL. Letter partially described the required Florida UCC requirement insinuating you must order for collateral documentation on a recent loan. They ask for a $90 money order or check to get a hard copy and complete the transaction. This letter, the heading, address etc. were very misleading and sounded to me like they were actually a FL government agency. After researching I found that they are not a government agency and I do not need to send this in. After calling the number out of curiosity I spoke with a "Carol" at a "call center" to which she did not know the number too, as well as her being unprofessional and aggressive over the phone. She denied any knowledge of being a scam even after I inform her of my findings from Google. She also stated that I could report her to a agency if I felt it was a scam, guaranteeing her I WILL. Please DO NOT send any money to these people smh !
