Sergeant Sean Wad called to tell me I had missed a court appearance for Judge Kenzie Batton on August 9th. He said I had signed for a summons as an expert witness in June and had my correct address. He had me hold and got his Lieutenant, Sean Jones who supplied me with 2 docket numbers: SRU 0077-24 and SRU 0036-69 stating I was in contemp of court. He said I would have to go to the Fulton County Sheriff's dept to pay two $3000.00 fines. I hung up on them.

Received a call but I didnt answer so a voicemail was left saying his name was Shawn Wade with Fulton County sheriff's office and that I needed contact them as soon as possible. The voicemail did not sound professional so I immediately looked up the contact number for Fulton County Sheriff and it didn't match so I looked up the contact number left on the voicemail and saw it was a scam.

The person claimed to be a Fulton County Sheriff with a warrant for my arrest for failing to appear for Federal Grand Jury twice. He stated that I owed $2500 for each failure and that I would need to pay through a link that he texted me. The text came from 770-875-1792 and when I clicked on the link it said Fine in the amount of $5000 and the supposed case numbers.
