Type of a scam Online Purchase

Over 20 emails-No resolution

I purchased a wig in February 2023, in March I received the incorrect wig. Upon sending an email to [email protected] I received an apology and was asked to send a picture of the item I ordered along with a picture of the item I received. I then received an email indicating they would get the correct item to me a.s.a.p. After waiting another month I sent another inquiry and was informed that the item was out to stock and would take 1-2 months. In July I sent another inquiry and was told they could not find my order. Today August 7th when I sent another email I received a message the this email address does not exist. I would say I've been scammed, this company should not be allow to do business in America!

I brought from Pinterest advertised as real looking wigs that does need installing . I decide to buy as the photo looked convincing. When I had it delivered it was nothing as seen . It was a bad wig with a fake parting and looks bad . This was disappointing and deceptive as it’s nothing like advertised . Do not buy from this vendor it’s a con . There have all these pictures of wigs that look good as a bait but when it arrives in person a big let down . I would not have brought this from a shop if I saw it . Stay clear of this fake site it will take your money on false pretence .

4 wigs ordered. 1 wig had empty spots the other wigs was shinny and not the ones I ordered. The hair was sown on the tracks. The hair felt like the hair on my granddaughters doll head. I want my money back. HORRIBLE. The wine color hair was completely orange. The curly one had about 10 strands hanging longer then the rest of the hair. The black one no matter what I did to make it tight came off my hair when I brushed it. It's garbage. Do not buy from. This company.

I ordered 3 wigs from this website in March 2023 ; as of today is May 7, 2023; I have NOT received anything. I have contacted the company several times and I have received no response. Wish I would have done my research before ordering; instead of trusting the site I found it on.

Beware SCAMMER COMPANY

I purchased two wigs and they were nothing like you see on their website. They basically send you a very poorly made wig made out of doll hair. Very cheap looking and smells really bad. Don’t let this company steal your money. So then when I asked for the address to send my purchase back it’s an address in China. I went to the post office to try to ship it back and it was going to cost twice as much as what I paid for the two wigs. So I emailed them back asking for a US address to my purchase too and they said no ship to the China address. They are a bunch of scammers. Please do not let these people steal your money.

I ordered 3 units and they were not as described as in the photos on the website. Very poor quality.

It cost me $25 to return the items. The original order was placed on 11/12/22. I have numerous emails sent to and from this company, but yet have not received my monies or a resolution.
