I ordered a $50 security camera over a month ago through goodfindstore.com. They took my money immediately and I still haven’t received my package and I can’t get in touch with anyone except an automatic email by way of an automated Return response of “we are unable to cancel or return any purchases made your product will arrive in 28 days”…and that’s it.
However, a week after I placed this order three separate charges went on my credit card for almost $1000… This website and store is an absolute complete scam! buyer beware!
The personal email of the owner of the admin website is [email protected]…

You know you're being SCAMED when you write an email to the [email protected] and it immediately responds telling you they don't give refunds or allow returns. They've stolen over $50 from me. I blame Google and PayPal for not verifying anyone who trying to sell something! There needs to be a law to force the to pay for the loss and then they'll get off the rear-ends!

I too bought an item and almost 2 months later nothing. They responded to my email with a return policy. I informed them that I was inquiring about my package, not a refund. Then they stopped responding to my emails.

I bought a watch and a sim card I never got. This place do not have any customer service number they lie and say 24 hour support, this website needs to be closed down and banned from stealing money from online shoppers.

I wanted to purchase a security camera so I Googled this and went to the GoodFindStore.com website which was one of my options. I placed an order on my credit card. I immediately received a notification that my order was placed and that I would receive another email when I order had been shipped. I was provided an Order # as well. But I have never received anything else. There is an icon for "Customer Support" but there is NOT a telephone number to contact. There is only an email. When you email "Customer Support" a return email immediately comes over that states refunds are not allowed. I saw the Good Find Store on the ScamPulse.com site as I was researching what I need to do. I was frauded and my credit card was charged for $50+ dollars. I have never received the item, no way to contact the company etc. It is very frustrating!

Ordered a few small cameras and never received them. Tried to call and email customer service to no avail. No response except for an automated email. Still waiting for my order and it has been two months. SCAM! Don’t order from this company!

The website says that if there are any questions or concerns or just to say hi, contact at [email protected]. I emailed immediately to cancel my order but no response. There is no contact number. Only an email. Time went by and I received an email stating that my first order had shipped & it did arrive but my 2nd order which was needed for me to use the first order has not shipped & it has been weeks. I emailed again regarding my order and the unprofessionalism of the company but still have received no response. Each items were ordered on the same day. They each should have been shipped the same day. I will never order from this company again. Very rude for not responding at all and unprofessional.
