He is a well known artist in the creative community online with affiliations to other artists and celebrities.
Bryant Giles marketed a campaign and launched an entire clothing
collection. Using legit marketing tactics such as: creating a legit website, a legit brand name, and shooting campaigns with photography and models. The artist announced the release date of his collection in which I purchased the day of.
After several months of not receiving my package and the order form receipt link being taken down, I emailed his support team for a tracking number and delivery estimate. Following this email the artists team has stated at the very least twice that the item had been shipped or will be delivered on a specific date. The item still has yet to be delivered, there has been no explanation for the delay, and no tracking number has been provided as the company refuses to send one by ignoring the claim when asked. The company has also not addressed my asking for a refund twice.
Through online communities like reddit, you can see that there are many other people who have also not received their package after months and have not received any tracking or refund information. The artist has an ongoing track record of this fraudulent behavior with past launches apparently as well.
