"I thought I would write about my experience regarding my getting help from Goldfield Partners. I was eleven payments behind in paying my mortgage. My bank was intentionally making me miss even more payments by making me wait, and wait, and wait. Finally I received a call from Andrew Woods who told me my lender was not my friend and they would never give me the real help that I deserved. I ended up getting a real education from Andrew Woods. And, I eventually paid money, not a lot of money, but I still had to pay them for all the work they did to get me in the Covid Relief plan, a government program for anyone with covid related issues like me.
Although hesitant, I went along with the program as it was presented to me. Boy! Was I surprised when all my missed payments were completely forgiven, I also had a lower mortgage payment and interest rate! I felt a ton of weight off my shoulders and finally received the help I had wanted. Thank you Goldfield Partners. Thank you Andrew Woods!"

Hello, After bumping heads with my loan officer and their loss mitigation team, which got me know where, I received a call from Goldfield Partners after I went online to get help. I was lucky enough to have Andrew Woods, a very nice and sincere person that explained their Covid Relief Bill and how I could qualify for getting help from them. I had to pay a fee, but I didn't mind that because it would keep me from foreclosure, bankruptcy, and more worse events. And my bank wasn’t going to help me! After a few months I have a completely restructured loan with a much lower payment and all of my missed payments, due to being out of work for awhile, were totally forgiven! I am back working, and my home is doing fine thanks to Andrew Woods of Goldfield Partners Team. You guys all rock!

The bank set me up with lies, false truths. I had nowhere to go. Everyone had their hand out knowing I was desperate. That's when Doug answered my call. He wanted nothing from me up front. He did his work, and when I was happy, I paid him. It was a fair trade, property for services. And they actually did what they said they would do. I still can't believe it's over, and I won.

My bank, who I will not mention their name, wanted to give me a forbearance that made me pay all six of my missed payments because I got unemployed due to Covid situations. I was contacted by a person named Andrew Woods at Goldfield Partners that said all six of my missed payments could be forgiven, plus I could get a much lower mortgage payment. I could not believe my bank did not tell me this! Mr. Woods was so knowledgeable and courteous to me that I followed his instructions and I got into Goldfield Partners Covid Relief Bill and my loan was completely restructured by them and I am so happy with the results I received. It took a few months, but the money I saved was well worth the wait. Thank you Mr. Andrew Woods. You really saved me from having to pay more money through my bank.

At first, I was very skeptical of signing on with Andrew Woods at Goldfield Partners for the Covid Relief Bill. Then, Andrew recounted to me his very own foreclosure issues from a dozen or so years ago and I definitely felt his sincerity. I knew he knew what he was talking about. He really put his heart and soul into working with me. Well, I trusted Andrew and after a few short months I am so happy that my family has a home that is completely out of the red. Everything that Andrew explained to me did happen exactly as he said. Me and my family are so grateful for everyone at Goldfield Partners, especially Andrew Woods.

We had a sale date on our mortgage. I applied for mortgage help 3 times. I kept sending the bank the same documents over and over. It was very frustrating. I felt like I had no where to turn and like the bank did not care about me and my family. Until I got a hold of Brandon at Goldfield. As soon they contacted SPS. They all of sudden started telling me there are programs for me. ( NO THANKS SPS ). Goldfield stopped the sale date and I soon had a payment $400 less. What a breath of fresh air.

I had just found out my husband lost his job after 28 years. THEY ARE A SCAM AND LIARS

I was contacted by phone and transferred to Jake Connors to restructure my loan. I was told to pay 1500.00 another for 4 months and to not pay my house payments and not ro talk to my lender. After paying 3 months of 4500.00 I saw their reviews about goldfield partners of being a scam. I asked for proof that this was real and was ignored and led down the wrong path. I was told I would get a refund and was scammed of my 4500.00
Jake Connors changed his number twice and Holly James was no help either. Now I lost out of 4500.00 BEWARE!
THEY ARE NOT A REAL LAW FIRM! THEY HAVE NO REAL ATTORNEY. AS MANY TIMES AS ANYONE CAN ASK FOR THE STATE BAR LICENSE THEY REFUSE TO PROVIDE IT. Goldfield Partners does not exist. They are a DBA (doing business as) not a corporation. They use fake business names to collect money from people like myself who are in default and need desperate help. Its only a matter of time until they fall under. AND NO LEGAL ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN AGAINST ME.

I never believed in this service until I spoke with Jake Conners and my home was saved! Believe it or not there are still some good firms and companies existing in this world. Save your home! Don’t believe what your bank or lender is telling you. Find a third-party to assist you. I recommend Goldfield Partners.
