This place is a scam. The owner of the business was already indicted for fraud with another company and seems to be opening different offices under different names. Look up the documents and look up the names. The employees seem to be posting fake comments about themselves to make it look like a business with a reputable name: they are fraudulent and a scam

If I would not have responded to Brian Lovino's text I would not be a homeowner, today. Goldfield Partners lowered my payment by more than $500. It made it so I could afford my mortgage.

They are top notch scammers, aiming older people and lying to them saying they make the mortgage payments if we give them the money. Who does that?

They lie through their teeth to steal your money

If you have been contacted by these scammers please make sure you do not release any information to them. They are not a law firm, there is no attorney on record as this is a fake company whom asks for personal checks and change the amount and try to cash them for a greater amount. I was scammed by these people who promised a lower payment on my home. was told not to make any payments to my bank. they cashed my checks at a greater amount. and once they were caught they introduced me to a new company so they no longer have to deal with you after they steal your money. There is an open investigation with this company and from what it seems like, this company is tied to another scam AMERICAN INTEGRITY PARTNERS INC in which the attorney general already has an open investigation. Per the documents I have attached for the tied scam you will find a mutual name who needs to be investigated. It has all been provided to the attorney general and everyone needs to be aware to stay away from these types of people who take advantage of VA veterans and the elderly.

Hope all this information helps all of you to be aware of the extent people will go to to steal your money and lose your home.

First we were in foreclosure, I was terrified. What do you tell your wife, your kids? I felt like a total failure. But I told no one due to shame. I went through a really rough patch during Covid; lost income, fell behind in my mortgage payments, and was having a rough go at it. I got to see light at the end of the rainbow when I got a call from Andrew Woods at Goldfield Partners Firm. Andrew helped me get all of my unpaid mortgage payments completely “forgiven” plus, I got some very manageable mortgage payments. I was treated with kindness and respect. Just a word of caution, do not trust your bank to do your modification because they may not want to forgive your past due payments. I went to Goldfield Partners and they have a Lender Resolution Program and it works! They restructured my current loan using the Covid Relief Bill and I could not be happier with the new terms of my loan! Thank you Goldfield Partners!
