We have been Scammed by Gold Coast Real Estate Inc in a Mexican Timeshare Resale Scam. It started in July 2017. I wish this information was available when I tried to research this company a year ago, but it wasn't! We have lost over $100,000+. At first we were working with Richard Bertocci at Gold Coast, PH# 800-982-1368 and Adam Mendoza at Global Alpha Capital, LLC. PH# 212-796-5885. When the complaints starting coming in to the ScamPulse.com and gave them an "F" Rating, the Owner of Gold Coast(Supposedly), Mathew Simmons stepped in. He didn't like the way his company was being represented so he Relieved Richard Bertocci of his position and took over. The only reason we kept moving forward was he sent us several Promissory notes (Now we realize are worthless) and went to Mexico to represent us and 6 other clients that had been scammed. The last Attorney we wired money to was arrested for Embezzlement! First buyer backed out after 4months. Harvey Thoms from England stepped in and was the next buyer. We received invoices for all kind of fees from the SAT office in Mexico. In July 2018 Mexico had elections and got new President and officers, came up with more fees! (I believe they are all run by the Cartel!!! Long story short, now they have turned off their phones and we are trying to find HELP!!!
