The OP bad review is BS. She sounds like a bipolar patient, to be honest. I've spoken with Mrs. Aquanetta Jeffery. She is an excellent businesswoman, with terrific character. She is also a good God-fearing woman. Very good-natured. In group homes, they need to collect personal information, so that they can handle your appointments and pay for the group home. They often have to collect SSI information and Medicare and Insurance and healthcare information, even on occasion food stamps. Mrs. Aquanetta doesn't even collect food stamps, and provides the meals for the patients as part of the rent, which is incredibly affordable for both shared and single rooms. My rent is $1000 per month for my single room. Try getting transportation, a room with a bathroom to yourself, prepared meals, etiquette training, and the ability to install my own Wifi/Cable anywhere else. I'm glad for what I have here, as this would cost at least $1500 elsewhere for lesser services and amenities.

Im not sure why would you make a bad report like this. My experience was very good. She took good care of my mom for a few years and I highly recommend their home. She was the only one who's pricing i could afford and the care was outstanding. Everytime I visited, the house was clean, they had plenty of food and my mother was happy.
