I have had exactly the same experience.My order cleared and took my $256.00 on the 1st May 2020 in Australian dollars and also had no confirmation.When I searched for my order status on their website I couldn't find my order at all. I also tried contact them by email with my issue numerous times and had no response.There is no phone number but my next move is to write to them by post.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

4 weeks ago, on or about 2/20/20, I ordered a set of books from God In A Nutshell for $110.00 plus $8.70 shipping = $118.70 total. My payment cleared immediately, but I never received a confirmation, nor did I receive my books. Since they have no phone number, I attempted to contact them by email multiple times. Nobody would reply to my emails. After trying to contact them for several days,all of their emails were deleted and my emails failed to be delivered. They have at least two Facebook accounts where they advertise their book sales. Below this, in the comment section, there are literally hundreds of complaints from other people who have paid Brian Trey Smith @ God In A Nutshell, but never received their goods. God In A Nutshell is a Christian YouTube video producer.
