I purchased a vacation package and have the contract in paper. When I used the first booking, I was charged added resort fees and told I could phone "Jacks" at any time of day. I phoned and she did not answer. I escalated to the supervisor who stated she and the office were closing down early for the holiday (and it was new years eve).
When i spoke with her in January, she said she would resovle it with the OYO hotel in Las Vegas, which I have the portfolio receipt printed and provided this to her. since that time, they have not accepted my calls and never returned emails. The package i purchased included several more trips and over 750.00$ of unused vacations which i now cannot access. Please help! I have a paper trail that may assist this investigation.
