This is a pretty sophisticated shopping site that leads purchaser to Paypal for payment. Vicki Velez is the Paypal account holder and I've entered the rest of the information to view the site and email that was used to contact me about my purchase:

After repeated attempts to contact that email, with no response back and no product received it is obviously a scam.
