Ordered a boardgame from affiliated site : cathcartandwinn.co.uk. After ordering I stumbled upon info about this page being a scam, and people getting fake sunglasses instead of what they ordered. When the package arrived at my post office, the package size was fitting for a few pairs of sunglasses, not for a boardgame. Because of the warnings I had just read online, I refused to pick up my package. After a lot of hassle with the post office, the package was finally returned back to sender. Right after I refused to accept the package, I sent complaints to the customer service for the website. I sent both to the one listed on their website (never got a reply) , but also to the email they used for the shipping confirmation. I never told them I knew they were scammers, I only said they must have sent the wrong item and that I'd like a refund. Today I've been notified they have refunded me after several mails between me and [email protected]. There is hope you guys! Since my order (now months ago) the cathcartandwinn.co.uk site has dissappeared, but I'm very certain these guys still operate. Don't give up if this happens to you! Use that email, contact your bank, warn others! It is not ok to scam people.

Last update : bank dispute closed today. Resolved in my favor. Scammers 0 : 1! :D

My advice : be extra careful when picking up packages from the post office. The fact that I refused to pick up the package due to size difference from what I ordered saved me from costly return fees. This is what the brushing Scammers intend. For you to not return the package. My bank needed proof I didn't receive the package, and I gave them the tracking link where it clearly says its been returned to sender.

Never let the Scammers win. No matter the amount.

Update! It's been three weeks and no refund yet. I have mailed them once a week asking why the refund takes so long, and they only respond with a generic answer blaming it on international transactions. Since my post, the website cathcartandwinn.co has been taken down. It is very shady that they end every email with "Regards," and then no name. I do not believe they will actually refund me, although they claim they have. So today I have reported them to cyber crime in addition to opening a case dispute with my bank, giving them all the information. No matter what happens, it feels good to report these scammers and not give up the fight.

Like others, I ordered some kids stuff for garden, Smoby, got Cheap Rayban glasses, they are in contact with me, saying it was sent by another company in error, offering me a refund of say 50%, but if they dont know the price of the glasses, how can they offer a refund, thieves, avoid. Same info as above

I received a package in the mail from this address in China which was not ordered by me. I checked online and it looks like it is a scam of random items being sent to people in the US without solicitation. I plan to throw the item out. My phone number and address were on the label but I did not order anything from this place.

Out of the blue I received a pair of fake RayBan Sunglasses. So far, no accounts of mine have been hacked but I check DAILY! I trashed the glasses but have the label that they used to ship the item. Also, the label included my name, address and PHONE number!
