Report

I watched a 10-minute video on Facebook starring Elon Musk speaking about curing spinal stenosis/fibromyalgia. I clicked on the button to purchase the product and did not take note where the link took me. After buying and receiving the order confirmation, I noted it was missing descriptor, items in order and amount, transaction summary, and how it will show up on the bank statement. I do not even think the name of the product is what was advertised: GlycoMend Blood. The order confirmation email was from [email protected] with a price of $184.95 which is higher than the advertised cost. I attempted to reply to the order confirmation to cancel the transaction and received an email noting "Delivery to the following recipients failed permanently" for reason "Permanent Error". I then tried to call the customer service phone number on the order confirmation 844-206-5258 there was a message on the phone saying there was no one answering the line.
