Poor quality wigs and refusal to give a full refund

As soon as I recieved the wigs I ordered from gluelesshair (gluelesshair.com). I automatically requested a refund the wigs are very poor quality, shedding not to mention were not what I ordered. The service department ([email protected]) first said that they would refund 15% of my funds. I told them no I wanted all of my funds back, they then said they would give me 30% back and gave me an address as well as a phone number to send my wigs back to. I am out $69 and I intern let them know that I reject their offer and wish to still get my money back for the items I purchased. I have yet to hear back from them.
