I ordered the 24k gold rose off their site seems like a lot of people are. Well I never received anything and it's been since November. I've email them and been told by Magdalena, Loren, an Kelly that their checking with their carrier. Never received a response or a refund. I've tried many times to get my money back but to no avail.
