This company is a scam once they get your money they don't response. No tracking number. I sent them several emails as to what is the status of my order they don't response. This company is fraud. Don't make a mistake of ordering from this company.

Xmas gift never shipped to me

I placed a last min Christmas gift from this company from a ad I saw on facebook. I have made several attempts to contact and have had no luck. The website and contacts seem to all be invalid now.

I ordered a nail kit, some lip tint, and a nail polish pen on February 17 2021. It is now April 25, 2021. I have emailed them 5 times, messaged them in Instagram, and nothing. It shows that my items have "shipped" on their website. However all I have is a order number. No tracking information what so ever. Both shop app and aftership app says it's shipped, but the location never changes. That's almost $60 I'm out.

I also order about $40 worth of products in oct 2020 Never received it and was also given a fake tracking number. I tried to reach customer service via email and Instagram but no luck

I ordered a bubble face mask on June 26th 2020, and it is NOW January 6th 2021 AND IT STILL HAST ARRIVED! In their shipping info on their website, it clearly says “please allow 3-7 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 12 - 25 business days for delivery in the United States, and anywhere from 2-4 weeks for our international customers (depending on location).” After my package was processed it was stuck in the shipping phase, and STILL is. IM BEYOND MAD FOR WASTING MY MONEY ON THIS TRASH SCAMMING WEBSITE! DO. NOT. BUY. FROM.THEM.

Glowly sell stuff on Instagram but they never shipped to people or reply to the customer email.

Placed an order for the green tea peeling face mask on 10/12/20. Their website says to contact them at [email protected] if orders take longer than 6 weeks to arrive. I have sent them 5 emails with no response. Their tracking through the shopify app is trash, and they are trash. Buyer beware.

It has been 5 months now and my charcoal teeth whitener has still not arrived. I am beginning to think that I got scammed, I've tried everything. I've tried calling but no contact details were given anywhere. I've also been sending emails trying to get a refund or resolve the issue but no one is getting back to me. Please intervene because this is really frustrating and absolutely unacceptable.

I ordered the green tea face mask on August 30, it is now Oct 22. Not only have I not received my order, but they gave me a fake tracking number. I know this because the shipping company doesn't have any record of that number, a package for me, AND they don't ship to the US - they even said they think I have been scammed and should report it. Glowly never replies to my emails or to the case I opened with PayPal. Don't buy from them.

This website on Instagram and on the web selling products and never shipping. They don't provide tracking. I made a purchase on may 31st 2020 and was charged for my order 54.99 with no response to their customer service help. No number no business information other than what I provided. There are many other people out there with the same complaints about this. This needs to stop. It's a scrap and people are giving them their money like I did.
