Type of a scam: Travel/Vacations

I have received several phone calls from a man with an accent offering to sell my Timeshare. At first they could sell it for $17,000. Then the second time he called. $22,000. He said they had a buyer. When I said no he continues to call. Caller gave the company name Gobal Showcasing. I do not have their address. Their phone number 718-713-2921. Callers name is name was Matthew Dias. Wanted me to pay about $475 upfront before the transaction was completed. I said no thank you. I asked why do I need to pay anything. I forgot what he said. At that point I became suspicious and tuned him out.

I've been getting calls regarding my timeshare resale which is Mia rear in Cancun, Mexico. This Matthew do a has been calling and states he has a buyer fot$22,000. Noticed buyer? Dominican republic. He refers to resort as Avalon reef,, but that changes years back. He emailed contract which states closing costs of $475 from me. I don't feel any of this is legit.
