Fake courier scam

A person on Facebook want to send me a ragdoll car for free, I just have to pay for sending the cat using a currier. However the fake currier is the main part of the scam.

This is an email I received from them on Sat. 2/22.You have to pay all together $300 so we can look for the puppy personal nani that gonna take care of him and her foods too. Cuz we still got puppies too on hold but most of them gonna be delivered tomorrow. Also after I sent $350 more for the puppies insurance I received an email saying - Everything thing is done GSE017663047714-CARGO tracking number go to https://global-shipping-express.com for tracking details and this happened yesterday 2/27. Then I get a call asking for more money for insurance. I haven't heard from them since.

And the puppy has no insurance yet so he might be hold for insurance so you will have to make a $800 deposit but that will be refunded upon delivery because the electronic crate will not be giving to you it will just be used for the puppy till he get to you okay.

This is just a very small example of all that I've been dealing with. All transaction was completed thru WorldRemit so I didn't see any read flags at the time.
