In early December of 2019, I had ordered a pair of 10k gold, Celtic Knot, dangle earrings. Neither on the website or during the ordering process was I ever told that they had to be made. As Christmas was getting closer, I sent the thieves at Glencara an email, inquiring about my order. In a fairly pleasant email, they then told me it was being made and then had to go thru all kinds of quality checks. They then informed me that they would send me a "stand in" pair, basically some costume jewelry, and also provided a shipping/tracking number via FedEx. I had also received an email from FedEx confirming this. Please note they did this voluntarily, I did not ask for it. The stand in pair arrived and a follow up email to them indicated I should be receiving the ordered pair just after Christmas. Please note that they never offered up the shipping/tracking number for this package, well, as it turns out, because they never shipped it, and I was then duped. Also complicit in this is PayPal. I filed two disputes with them regarding Glencara and this transaction, and both were denied. I the first dispute, I mentioned I didn't receive what I had ordered. They then, supposedly, reached out to Glencara and they provided PayPal with a shipping number. I then filed a second dispute telling PayPal that it was fraud and that the shipping number was for the stand in earrings. It was the same shipping number as I claimed in the first dispute, I told them this, and they still denied my dispute, ruling in favor of Glencara. Also note that there is no way you are EVER able to talk to a live body at PayPal. There online instant messenger is a pre-canned system. Their dispute system is created like a minnow trap, funneling you into running out of possibilities of grievances. The Justice department should arrest all of these co-conspirators.

I ordered a neck less on 12/06/2019 and paid for rush shipment to be sent before Christmas. I never got tracking number as promised I have email and called company mutuality times and get same response we are back logged but still get no update on order, they refuses to refund my money. instead they give me a gift credit to order something else at a later time.
